chahn-zah is a private administrative workspace operated by David Carl Williams at e2inc.us. It organizes jobs, clients, invoices, payment records, and appointments for the authorized owner.

Authorized use

Workspace access is limited to the approved owner account. Keep account credentials private and enter or upload only information you are authorized to handle. Do not attempt to access another person's records or interfere with the service.

Calendar connection

Google Calendar access is optional. Connecting it authorizes the requested calendar operations. Changes to linked appointments can update the corresponding job or Google event, including cancellation status. Review the intended appointment before editing or cancelling it.

Accuracy and availability

The owner is responsible for checking job dates, invoice details, payment records, and synchronization results against the original records. Synchronization may be delayed or interrupted by connectivity, service outages, or an expired authorization. The current calendar refreshes while its page is open and catches up when reopened.

The workspace is under ongoing development. Features and availability may change. Keep independent copies of important records and confirm critical appointments directly with the relevant organization.

Privacy and connected services

Information handling is described in the privacy policy. Google Calendar, Supabase Authentication, and the hosting services remain subject to their own applicable terms. Disconnecting Google Calendar stops future synchronization but does not automatically erase existing records.
